Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job profile creation to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize hiring funnel efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
