Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition and execution of the company's strategic 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical strategies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Cloud) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and high performance.
- Oversee architectural reviews to ensure system scalability, security, and resilience for future growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year technology roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
