Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy and architectural vision for the Year 2026.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and executives, to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers alike, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and scaling infrastructure for high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
