Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps).
- Assist in drafting investment memorandums and pitch decks.
- Perform industry research and company profiling for prospective clients.
- Support the team in preparing for client meetings and conference calls.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and data analysis to support deal execution.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a target school.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking, private equity, or capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
