- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training and green initiatives
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure proactive compliance
- Present sustainability metrics and impact assessments to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience developing 5+ year sustainability roadmaps
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting methodologies
