We are seeking a dynamic Sustainability Manager to drive our environmental strategy and oversee the implementation of key sustainability initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring our company meets its 2026 sustainability targets and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices across all operations, from supply chain to product design.
As the Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sustainability roadmap, managing environmental compliance, and reporting on ESG metrics. You will also lead stakeholder engagement, including internal teams, partners, and community groups, to foster a culture of sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 sustainability strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the collection and analysis of sustainability data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and publish annual ESG reports and sustainability disclosures
- Drive employee engagement and education on sustainability practices
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in sustainability (e.g., LEED, GRI) is a plus
