Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional ESG strategy integration across 15+ global business units
- Drive carbon neutrality initiatives through supply chain optimization and renewable energy adoption
- Conduct advanced lifecycle assessments for new product development cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and NGOs
- Report sustainability metrics using GRI and SASB frameworks
- Advise C-suite on circular economy opportunities and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Proven experience developing net-zero transition strategies
- Advanced data analysis skills with sustainability software (SAP EHS, IBM TRIRIGA)
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite to frontline teams
- Climate Tech certification preferred (e.g., CDP, B Corp)
