Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero commitments
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives ensuring compliance with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards
- Drive circular economy transformation through supply chain optimization and waste reduction programs
- Develop carbon accounting systems and oversee decarbonization strategy execution
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and policy advocacy groups
- Mentor sustainability champions across 15+ global business units
- Present progress to investors and board members through data-driven impact dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-goal achievement experience
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis, LCA methodologies, and GHG Protocol standards
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon, or equivalent)
- Experience securing $5M+ in green financing and ESG-linked bonds
- Strong understanding of US federal/state climate legislation (IRA, IRA+, SEC climate rules)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG certification required
