- Architect and execute 10-year sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy frameworks across global operations
- Develop ESG reporting systems exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Drive net-zero initiatives through supply chain decarbonization strategies
- Secure $5M+ in green financing and impact investment partnerships
- Mentor sustainability champions across 15+ international offices
- Present annual sustainability progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030 target achievement
- Expertise in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and life cycle assessment
- Experience securing green bonds and impact investments >$3M
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) or ESG Manager certification
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Watershed)
- Published thought leadership on climate resilience strategies
