Responsibilities
- Design and optimize carbon-neutral urban transportation networks using AI-driven modeling
- Develop integrated water management systems for drought-prone regions
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy principles
- Create predictive maintenance protocols for renewable energy infrastructure
- Conduct lifecycle assessments for sustainable building materials
- Collaborate with municipal governments on climate adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging green technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in sustainable infrastructure projects
- Expertise in BIM software and environmental simulation tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong understanding of LEED and WELL certification standards
- Experience with smart city IoT integration
- Published research in climate-resilient design (beneficial)
- Excellent project management with PMP certification
