Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic hardware/software troubleshooting
- Provide phone/email support for common tech issues
- Document support tickets using our CRM system
- Install and configure software applications
- Conduct device setup and maintenance
- Train users on digital tools and best practices
- Collaborate with senior tech mentors
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old
- High school student or recent graduate
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to downtown Omaha
- Interest in technology careers preferred
