Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and billing concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Comfortable with multitasking in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Passion for helping others and positive attitude
