Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Meet/exceed quality assurance and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain 95% schedule adherence and punctuality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and technical aptitude
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
