Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce CRM and proprietary systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 90% CSAT, <30s AHT, 95% first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with billing/tech teams for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
- Maintain 99% attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center/customer service experience required
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Pass background/drug screening pre-employment
