- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through active listening
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk databases
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- High-speed home internet (for remote roles)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
