Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs: average handle time, first-call resolution, CSAT scores
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service quality
- Adhere to FCC compliance and data security protocols
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
