Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
- Uphold company compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing 30+ WPM)
- Resilience under pressure and problem-solving mindset
- Must be available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
