Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution time)
- Collaborate with support teams for complex case escalation
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (if needed)
