Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support across multiple platforms (web, mobile, social)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >95%)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience (chat/voice)
- Excellent typing skills (60+ WPM with 98% accuracy)
- Proficient with Zendesk/Intercom/Drift platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available for immediate start (within 48 hours)
