- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via various chat platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the technical support team.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in chat support or technical support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
