Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and email.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and SLA requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if remote).
