Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or chat support experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Expertise in multitasking across 3-5 chat conversations
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team synergy
