- Ensure store standards are met during opening and closing procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
