- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adapt to product knowledge updates and process changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Reliable internet connection for hybrid options
