Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while verifying customer information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor or team lead when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or relevant experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or angry customers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
