Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or technical team when necessary.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
