Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
