Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
