- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary while ensuring the customer feels heard.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 40+ wpm, MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
