Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer calls with a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document all interactions, account details, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and operational efficiency.
- Handle escalated issues and refer complex matters to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, typing, and basic software applications.
