Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
