Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Follow established scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and team performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
