Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA/PCI standards
- Collaborate with tech support teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS and multitasking software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
