Responsibilities
- Manage Real-Time Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and issues via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot common technical issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Information Sharing: Clearly explain product features, billing details, and service policies to customers.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions and customer data accurately into our internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate complex issues to senior agents or technical teams when necessary.
- KPI Maintenance: Meet or exceed daily chat volume and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a professional tone and strong grammar.
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
