Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Continuously update knowledge base with new solutions
- Monitor chat queues with rapid response times (< 2 mins)
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in live chat or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills with typo-free responses
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- USTX residency required
