Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60 seconds
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support across multiple platforms
- Document all interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%)
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new features
- Participate in weekly training sessions on products and tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (chat preferred)
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support tools
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude

- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
