Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support for e-commerce and SaaS clients across multiple industries
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and technical troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT) and response time targets
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in digital support
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and chat platforms
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
