Responsibilities
- Provide professional, real-time chat support to customers via our secure messaging platform.
- Resolve product inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer questions with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain a positive and consistent tone in all written communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log detailed case notes and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance guidelines during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly desirable.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to multitask and switch between multiple chats efficiently.
