Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with patience and accuracy.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets where applicable.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
