Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using our CRM system
- Collaborate with local teams to resolve escalated issues within 24 hours
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain data integrity
- Act as brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service experiences
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail/tech industries
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish bilingualism valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site duties
