Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and cash handling with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
