Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to management effectively.
- Maintain Records: Log all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to meet company targets.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all call scripts, quality guidelines, and company compliance standards strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent is required.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient tone.
- Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in using computers, navigating web browsers, and typing.
- Internet Connection: Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection at home.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
