Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store meets all operational and safety compliance requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Train new staff on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience preferred.

- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible hours.
