Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash handling duties.
- Operate standard equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including security checks and lock procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to get to the El Paso location.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience necessary for entry-level roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
