Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account-related inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products/services and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic typing speed of 40+ WPM
