Job Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
