Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and resolve recurring customer issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (Hybrid/Remote-friendly).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
