Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
