Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Calls: Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management efficiently.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate starters.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, typing speed 40+ WPM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
