Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and logistics management during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service.
- Manage inventory and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure workflow continuity and meet KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Report operational issues or discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
